What does Lakers VP Jim Buss have against Phil Jackson?

Sources close to the Lakers are reporting that Lakers VO Jim Buss is determined to rid the team of any Phil Jackson influences. This is why Shaw was not hired, and why many of Jacksons trusted scouts are being fired. All Phil did was win them five frickin titles, why would would you want to distance the team from that kind of success?
