Anyone know the recipe for Longhorn Steakhouse's chicken marinade, was told it was their Italian dressing?

I ordered a "plain" chicken, not the parmesan or anything of the sort, just plain ol' chicken. The waitress said they marinade it in their own Italian dressing & cook it on a flat top grill/stove. If anyone knows how to make this, much obliged!
