Is anyone else having problems with the links on here?

About half the time I click on a question, someones name, whatever the link, it comes up a plain white screen with like the generic form of questions. Does that make sense? If it's happening to you, you'll know what I mean. So is it? Or do have some sort of problem with my compooper.
