How long will i have pain!?

i just got bunion surgery 3 days ago. that night my foot was numb and i could feel any pain the next day still no pay! and well today i started to feel plain! i don't feel the pain were the bunion was removed! but at the top of my foot is were it hurts!! fro how long will i have pain!?
