Is training in zone 5 heart level with ease for a period of time normal?

my maximum heart rate is 210.Vo is 58. resting heart rate is around 57. when I run I can keep my heart rate above 190 for 30 minutes or more and it feels easy. The question I have is that is training 90 percent of my maximum heart rate with ease for 30 min possible. I mean it feels easy, or do I have something wrong.
