Where do you find the registration code for installing "Spore"?

i've already downloaded the "SPORE" game on my PC, but i had to unistall it a little while later because its wasnt working right. now i'm trying to install it again, and it says "please enter the entire registration code found either in your conformation email, your game manual/packaging, or game card. i don't know what a game card is, andi can't find it on the manual or packaging, and i don't know what conformation email it's being sent to, because this is like the third step for installing it. just to clarify to you though, this isn't "Spore- Creature Creations" this is just plain old "SPORE". please help me because i have no idea where to find the registration code!
